Art Class at The Art Room – Week 1: Silly Self Portraits (2nd & 3rd Grade) 🎨😄

This week is all about proportions, personality, and color mixing—with a silly twist!

In this fun-filled class, students will:
✨ Learn the basics of facial proportions
✨ Add their own unique flair with silly hats, wild hair, or even animal ears
✨ Practice color mixing with acrylic paints to make their portrait pop

They’ll start by sketching a self-portrait that shows off their playful side, then bring it to life in bold, colorful acrylics.
